Vattenfall Customer Service Nordic is responsible for sales, billing and customer service to Vattenfall customers in the Nordic region. We are headquartered in Umeå, but are also located in Solna and Helsinki and together we are about 300 employees who support Vattenfall's various businesses via the customer interface. About the role

We see communication as one of our most strategically important tools for building culture and creating involvement. You will work in a tight team with a wide network in all parts of our business to plan, steer and manage both long-term and daily communication needs. You will help take things from idea to roll-out and publication with the support of the Customer Service Communication Plan and your colleagues.

Requirements specification


As a person

We are looking for you who have a creative mindset but also a proven ability to take initiative and work in a structured, organized and efficient way - as well as to inspire and challenge our current processes and methods. You are responsible, take ownership and work proactively with a clear forward thinking spirit.

To succeed in the role of Communication Specialist, collaboration and an ability to adapt communication to different groups of people is easy and you are driven by creating a motivating climate to help the organization achieve set goals.

Requirements

  • Interest in communication and marketing
  • Very good written and oral communication skills, both in Swedish and English
  • Proven experience in video and audio production
  • Proven knowledge of graphic design (InDesign, Premiere Pro, PhotoShop etc)


Meritorious

  • Experience working with a CMS platform (for example EPI server or similar)
  • Academic degree or training in relevant field
  • Knowledge of Finnish
  • Other technical skills such as Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint), and WordPress or similar are desirable



Additional information


Location: Umeå, Stockholm (Solna) or Helsinki. If you are a stay-at-home parent in Stockholm or Helsinki, you are expected to be open to travel to Umeå 1-2 times a month.

Scope: Temporary parental position (1 year)
