About the role

• In the Safety and Quality Department, we work to review, evaluate and analyze the operations at Forsmark so that safety requirements are met.
• In Safety Culture, we are responsible for disseminating knowledge in the field, analysis and evaluation of safety culture, coordination of requirements and goals for safety culture development at Forsmark.
• The focus of the assignment is in the field of safety culture, behaviors and / or leadership. The focus can be varied to some extent depending on your interests and knowledge.
• The goal and purpose of the thesis is to strengthen our work in these areas.
• This assignment is for 1 or 2 people.

Requirement specification

We are looking for student(s) who want to work towards fossil-free and who will soon graduate from your academic studies. You are also someone who identifies with our principles: Active, Open, Positive and Safety

• Behavioral science or technical education with a focus on human factors and safety.
• Scope - 15 credits or 30 credits
• Swedish language skills
