About the role

As Web Editor and Content Creator within the Nordic DES team, you will support the solar and battery business in business development projects with daily operational work.

Web Editor: You will produce, analyze and improve content on the website, with SEO, CRO and potential A/B testing in mind.

Content Creator: You will assist the day-to-day operational activities with copywriting and design, creating and updating materials such as sales folders, order forms and confirmations, emails, newsletters and surveys.

Communications: You will contribute to business development initiatives, creating customer-centric communications, attractive offers and understandable information based on business strategy as well as customer and market insights.

As a person, you need to have the following qualities:

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish, Finnish & English, both oral and written.
  • Academic degree in digital communication or marketing and/or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience and proven track record as a communicator and/or web editor.
  • Understanding of SEO and accessibility guidelines.

Experience working with:

  • CMS and CRM systems (we use Episerver and Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Web analytics tools such as Piwik Pro, Google Analytics, Matomo or similar
  • SEO tools such as Ahrefs or similar

Advantageous:

  • Previous work in solar or technical field
  • Previous work in a large, complex organization
  • Experience with agile working methods
  • Customer surveys - planning, execution and analysis of results
  • Experience/interest in UX design
  • Experience working with email marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing automation
