About the role

We need more energy heroes and we are now looking for Wind Power Technicians who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? Your role as a Wind Power Technician

We are a committed team scattered in Falkenberg and Storuman and are facing exciting opportunities. We are expanding our business and are therefore looking for two wind power technicians who can form a team in the Storrun wind farm.

In the role of Wind Power Technician, you work in a team of at least two, with maintenance and troubleshooting on wind turbines in the first place. If you are curious and want to develop, there is also the opportunity to discover more in the industry in addition to performing services in one place. Then it may be relevant to be part of various projects and special assignments in the wind power industry where travel and overnight stays will be included.

Examples of duties:

• Troubleshooting on wind turbines in control and regulation technology, electrical engineering, mechanics and hydraulics
• Ongoing and periodic maintenance
• Preventive and remedial measures
• Documentation of, among other things, troubleshooting / error handling in SAP with several documentation systems

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who enjoy working with others and see cooperation as a success factor. You are flexible, good at communicating and can navigate through situations that are not always crystal clear.

Independence is a big part of the work and is an important part of being able to move the work forward. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility and have a great commitment to your assignments. With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first, so we see that you have a high safety mindset and prioritize safety in all work steps! We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• At least an upper secondary education, preferably in electricity, or professional experience in electricity/mechanics
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English and basic computer skills

It is meritorious if you have further trained or worked as a wind power technician before.
