We are looking for several controllers with experience working with quotes/tenders for HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) which is a product group within Hitachi Energy. We offer you an interesting and challenging role in an international, dynamic and positive working environment. In your role you will work closely together with the quotation and sales managers. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the financial elements of several quotes by preparing financial analyses, compiling the cost picture that you later convert into a customer price, and providing recommendations on how we can optimize the financial elements. This position is located in either Ludvika or Västerås.

How you will contribute

• Ensure your own compliance with both company processes and guidelines as well as relevant country laws and regulations.
• Compile the total cost picture of the quotation with input from multiple departments and functions and then convert it into a customer price.
• Compile the total cash flow and settlement plan based on input from the planning department, cost input and payment terms.
• Support the quotation and sales manager in compiling the quotation risks and associated risk provisioning.
• Identify and propose measures to mitigate potential risks around tax provisioning, cash flow, currency exposure and inflation by looking at areas such as payment collateral, currency clauses, currency baskets, indices and more.

Your background

• We look for you to have relevant industry experience in a similar or equivalent industry
• Financial knowledge with a degree in business administration as a basic qualification.
• It is meritorious if you have many years of experience as a project and/or quotation controller.
• You have the ability to consolidate large amounts of data and present this in a clear and educational way to management.
• Act responsibly in terms of integrity, transparency and security.
