HV Breakers (High Voltage Breakers) is a business unit within Hitachi Energy that has worldwide responsibility for the development, production and sales of high voltage breakers for power systems in both AC and DC.

We are looking for a Principal Planner to join our planning team. In the team, you will be a key person who lays the plan for our business based on the customer's wishes, current occupancy and available resources. The role involves a great insight into the entire business as you need to collaborate with many different departments in your role.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead order booking based on utilization, resources and priorities
  • Internal coordination with production planning, order project managers, design and purchasing, among others, to ensure an updated master plan
  • Identify potential risks in the master plan
  • Regularly report and follow up and develop metrics/KPI:s
  • Contribute to developing the department's processes and ways of working

Your background:

  • High school diploma. University degree in relevant field is meritorious
  • We value your personality highly and see that you are positive, structured & easy to collaborate with others.
  • You are solution-oriented and dare to make decisions.
  • Because you will be working both locally and in an international environment, very good knowledge of English and Swedish is required, both in speech and writing.
  • It is meritorious if you have training in or previous experience of working with planning
  • It is meritorious if you have in-depth knowledge of: SAP & Excel
