We are continuing to grow and are currently recruiting for our purchasing and planning department at High Voltage Components Avledare, where we are looking for you who want to be part of the green energy transition. Within the design department, we have a positive climate where we utilize each other's different backgrounds and skills. You will be part of an exciting team, where you as an individual get the chance to develop both as a designer and as a person. You will have the chance to immerse yourself in the technology around products to improve the quality of electricity in our power grid.

Your responsibilities

  • As Head of Department, you lead the operational purchasing work as well as the planning for the unit.
  • You lead a team of dedicated employees towards our common goals. You are responsible for the development of the department both in terms of people and processes.
  • You are part of our sales and operations process and responsible for follow-up and reporting in your area.
  • Together with our strategic purchasing team, you have close contact with our supplier base.
  • You ensure Supplier OTD so that we can produce according to the current plan and with quality in the components.
  • Health, safety and integrity are a natural part of your way of working.
  • As a leader, you are focused on engaging and developing our employees for mutual success.

Your background

  • You have an academic education preferably with a degree in engineering, industrial economics or equivalent.
  • To be successful in this position, you have leadership experience, preferably in purchasing/logistics or planning.
  • As a person, you have good teamwork skills and you see challenges as an opportunity. You enjoy collaborating and listening to others' ideas.
  • Your analytical skills will help you define and prioritize your and your team's tasks for your department and our unit.
  • For us, good leadership is characterized by an interest in developing our people, openness to change and new challenges, and the joy of building a successful team.
  • You must be comfortable with English as a working language, both spoken and written
