The opportunity

The Power Transformers factory is growing, and we are looking for you to help drive improvements in quality and productivity. As Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and delivered on time, while supporting your team in their development.

You will lead a production section focusing on one of the critical elements of our manufacturing, namely Vapor Phase and oil handling. Your team currently consists of six production engineers with extensive experience and knowledge. As we grow, you will have the opportunity to expand the team. You and your team play a key role in the company by ensuring quality and performance in this process.

In connection with our major expansion, investments are being made in two additional new Vapor Phase boilers. You and your team will be responsible for leading the work to install and integrate these boilers with our IT system and our other VP boilers.

Vapor Phase and oil handling is a global high priority area, which means you will collaborate with both other plants and our global team of experts in the field. In the daily work, you will deal with technical issues and choices to achieve a strategic development, mainly internally but also globally. You will interact with people at different levels within the organization and use your communication skills to navigate dialogues.

Your background

• Good leadership qualities and previous experience with personnel management is highly meritorious.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant engineering education.
• At least 5+ years of work experience, preferably as a technical engineer.
• Experience from the manufacturing industry and work with quality improvements is highly meritorious.
• Fluency in both English and Swedish.
