We are looking for a committed Production Manager with strong leadership qualities for DryD at Components. In the role of Production Manager, you get the chance to lead the operational work within the designated production section where varied tasks fill your everyday life. Important parts of the work include continuous improvement work, deviation management, operational management, contributing to employee development, ensuring the work environment and following up the company's prioritized workflow with Safety, Quality, Delivery Precision and Productivity.

How you will influence

• Leading the production team to ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
• Implementation of LEAN principles for continuous improvement of the production processes.
• Management of team development and conflicts to promote a positive work climate.
• Create conditions and drive the work of continuous development of employees.
• Ensure and follow up the work of a good working environment, both from a physical and mental perspective and regarding.
• Contribute to ensuring that the right conditions exist for the production line to follow the company's prioritized workflow (Safety, Quality, Delivery Precision, Productivity)

Your background

• Minimum completed secondary education.
• Training or experience in leadership, work environment and small project management in the manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups and conflicts in a constructive way.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of efficient production and logistics, including LEAN methodology and the ability to report deviations according to current instructions.
• Experience with digital tools such as the Office package, PowerBI, and ERP systems to optimize the production flow.
