Cooling Systems in Landskrona, Sweden, is a business unit within Hitachi Energy that has global responsibility for the development and manufacture of cooling systems for power electronics applications and for other applications that require reliability and availability. We are a world-leading supplier of cooling systems. Our products contribute to safe and reliable operation with the customer and the environment in focus.

We are growing rapidly and on this growth journey it is important to ensure our quality work at the same time. We are now looking for a Quality Specialist for our Cooling System business unit in Landskrona. We are interested in knowing more about you and what you can contribute! How you will make a difference

• Lead and analyze quality investigations
• Work with deviations, both internal, external and customer complaints
• Collaborate and support other departments with quality issues
• Work with change management and participate in risk analysis
• Work with local instructions and ISO9001
• Participate in the supplier approval process
• Set up quality systems for different processes
• You share Hitachi Energy's core values around security and integrity, which means that you take responsibility for your own actions while feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business

Your background

• You have a post-secondary education combined with experience in quality systems and LEAN
• As a person, you are structured, driven, goal-oriented, responsive and able to collaborate with different professional groups.
• You are humble in contact with individuals both inside and outside the company
• You have the ability to drive, implement and communicate solutions to problems that arise in our processes
• Are stress-resistant and understand the importance of meeting deadlines, and see opportunities instead of limitations
• You have a good command of the Swedish and English language and can easily express yourself in both speech and writing
