The opportunity

Components in Ludvika is part of the Transformers business unit at Hitachi Energy. We are Hitachi's largest manufacturer of transformer components such as winding connectors and bushings. A global customer base both inside and outside Hitachi contributes to a business-driven work climate where every order is equally important.

Now we are looking for a quality specialist who can be responsible for and drive the development of our management system, primarily focused on quality management. You will be part of a team that reports directly to the unit's quality manager, the team is responsible for the overall and strategic quality work at both our factories (winding couplers and bushings), which provides opportunities to be involved in developing two different types of operations.

How you will make a difference

• Main responsibility for our management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001). "Super-user" for Adonis (IT solution in which the management system is located).
• Continuously drive the development and improvement of our management system with regard to our main processes and coach and support the organization in the process development work.
• Support the organization in the production and continuous updating of governing documentation.
• Head internal auditor, responsible for the unit's audit program.
• Ensure and develop a close collaboration with our HSE function.
• You share Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means that you take responsibility for your own actions while feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Communicative strong, as contact with many different stakeholders at different levels of the organization will be required continuously.
• We see that you are structured and thorough - order and orderliness are key words for you.
• You have previous experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge and experience of ISO standards (primarily 9001) and standardized working methods.
• You have previous experience of working with internal audits.
• Lean6Sigma Green or Black Belt is meritorious.
• Knowledge of Adonis is meritorious.
