The opportunity

As a Quality Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated and experienced team responsible for quality assurance in our production. You will have a varied role where you will be responsible for ensuring that our surface treatment processes meet both local and global requirements. The role involves working closely with production, the quality department and other relevant functions to ensure compliance with standards and continuous improvement. You will also be an important support for our internal and external contacts, contributing with your expertise in the field. In other words, you will have a key role with great opportunities to both deepen your knowledge and at the same time broaden your network.

How you will make a difference

  • Monitor and ensure that our surface treatment processes comply with local and global requirements, such as ISO, FROSIO and other applicable standards.
  • Conduct internal inspections and audits of surface treatment processes.
  • Participate in the development and updating of internal requirements and guidelines for surface treatment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure specifications are met.
  • Train and support staff on quality and process issues in surface treatment.
  • Perhaps travel on duty to ensure our subcontractors meet all requirements.

Your Background

  • Good IT knowledge.
  • Interest in working with proactive quality work and driving improvement issues.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. In this position, we see that you as an applicant have good knowledge of speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
  • Technical education in surface treatment, materials technology or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in FROSIO or the equivalent is meritorious.
  • Experience in quality work in surface treatment, industry or production.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
  • Be willing to travel in the service.
