Are you ready for the role of improving our business? We are looking for Quality Technicians to join our Production Quality team. There you are a key person with a focus on quality and improvements that form the basis of our business. The roles involve daytime work but may eventually change to another shift form.

Our unit, High Voltage Breakers, has a global responsibility for developing, producing and selling high voltage breakers for today's and tomorrow's energy systems. You will work both locally and globally both within Hitachi Energy and with our customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • The work will involve supporting production in quality-related matters and participating in various types of internal projects.
  • You will be responsible for incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection
  • You will manage and record quality issues, both internally and externally
  • Your duties will also include report writing
  • Monthly reporting of quality related KPIs
  • You will share Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while being accountable to your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

  • Experience from manufacturing operations, meritorious if you have product knowledge of Breakers and its components and materials
  • You have knowledge of drawing reading
  • We see that you are a person who thrives on working both in a group and independently.
  • As a person, we see that you are proactive, curious and appreciate solving problems
  • You have an interest and commitment to working with quality
  • Knowledge of rotor shaft analysis and its tools such as 8D and DMAIC
  • Meritably if you have some knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
  • Good knowledge of Office tools Word, Excel & Power Point
  • You master Swedish and English in speech and writing
