The opportunity

Do you want to help drive growth within Hitachi Energy? We are looking for a committed project manager who can ensure that our units in Ludvika and Smedjebacken have the best conditions for success.

Real Estate is responsible for Hitachi Energy's properties, leases and parts of the infrastructure for the needs of the business in Sweden. You will be part of a team of 16 people where we work closely together to achieve our goals. In your role, you will lead projects from start to finish, take responsibility for the whole and ensure that we meet customer expectations. You will also help develop and improve our real estate solutions to support the growth and success of the business.

How you will make an impact

  • Drive change projects from start to finish
  • Project management and budget responsibility
  • Procurement of contracts
  • Lead project design and implementation of projects with colleagues and external consultants
  • Responsible for project budget
  • Participate in budget planning

Your background

  • 5 years of project management experience in the real estate sector, and experience in real estate management is a plus
  • Experience in project reporting
  • Prestigious and driven team player
  • Good skills in expressing yourself in speech and writing
  • Mastery of Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Confident in leading meetings and project groups and experience in reporting to groups at different levels
