Responsibilities

• To provide first class and professional service, in key areas such as oil-filled and dry-type transformers and accessories, e.g. winding connectors.
• In the field of Service, perform various operations such as field testing, oil sampling and electrical measurement.
• Work proactively and preventively
• Coordinate logistics of resources and spare parts for service jobs
• Identify and develop potential sales and business opportunities based on your knowledge of customers and your cooperation within Hitachi Energy.
• Be actively involved in product and process improvements within the business to enhance customer service.
• You will live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while looking after your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• We would like you to have previous experience of working independently and with flexible working hours.
• It is advantageous if you have experience of working with transformers and reactors and any industry training.
• Driving license B is a minimum requirement, BE is an advantage.
• As a person, we see that you are driven and curious and take great responsibility for your work.
• We see that you are a team player and appreciate working both independently and in groups.
• You are customer-oriented and strive to deliver high quality in the work you do.
• In the role, you will work according to high quality requirements, therefore it is important that you are quality conscious, safety conscious and responsible.
• You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
