About the position

The position is on site in Luleå and you will primarily be responsible for the local work with network-related matters. As a network specialist, you work across the entire business area, both indoors, outdoors, in different types of production environments and at high altitudes and underground.

Your main responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and documentation of network environment.
  • Assisting colleagues and stakeholders when needed.
  • Monitoring the performance of the network environment and identifying development needs.
  • Providing lifecycle management for the network environment on site.
  • Participate in projects and contribute with your specialist knowledge.
  • Projecting and setting requirements for new installations.
  • Maintaining agreed service levels.

About you

  • Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent experience and knowledge of Cisco networking solutions.
  • Good understanding of networking principles and technologies.
  • Team-oriented and good at collaborating in shared environments.
  • You put safety first in everything you do.
  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
  • Easy to prioritize under stress.
  • Self-motivated and driven by improvement work.
  • Ability to present solutions in a way that business and users can easily understand.
